This summer the A level art students have been treated to a series of inspiring talks by visitors with a range of different creative backgrounds.

Mimma Viglezio, writer and creative consultant in the world of fashion and design, shared her insights into how to follow your dreams and take your career forward. Lily Vetch, student at Chelsea talked about how a thorough training in graphic design has enabled her to pursue her passion for photography and film, as well as giving the girls some useful tips about how to get ahead through internships and contacts. Rosie Davey, practising artist and lecturer at the Slade, showed the girls her exciting work and expanded their ideas about how to develop their own. We are very grateful to these speakers for giving their time and valuable insights to our students, turning on a few light bulbs which might illuminate their way forward.
