Registration for 16+ entry 2025 is closed.

For 16+ entry in 2026, we suggest that you book on to our Sixth Form Open Evening in the Autumn Term prior to application. The date for our next Open Evening will be confirmed in due course.

Information for 2026 Entry

Key dates for 2026 entry are yet to be confirmed but below are dates for 2025 entry for indication:

• Closing date for registrations: Friday 11th October 2024
• Entrance examination and interview day: Thursday 7th November 2024
• Offer date: Monday 2nd December 2024
• Deadline to accept: Noon on Monday 9th December 2024

Applicants will be invited to take entrance examination papers in their proposed A Level subjects as well as have an interview with a member of the Sixth Form team.

External applicants are warmly encouraged to apply for our Academic Sixth Form scholarship as well as our Art, Music and Sports scholarships. Applicants for Art scholarships are invited to submit a portfolio of their work and discuss it with the Head of Art.

We always request a reference from the Head of an applicant’s current school. Offers will usually be conditional on the achievement of A or A* grades in specified GCSE subjects. It is sometimes possible for 16+ applicants to take entrance examination papers at other stages in the year.
