The development of strong leadership and communication skills is essential to our pupils’ learning experience. On Wednesday the 15^th of September, the whole of the Lower Sixth was in St Cyprian’s Church where we had the pleasure of hosting our annual Leadership and Communication Day Conference.

After an introduction by Mr Gridelli on the importance of agency and a workshop on self-reflection, target setting, growth mindset and emotional intelligence, we were delighted to welcome Samir Pasha who discussed his experience in becoming an effective public communicator on challenging subjects such as human right violations.

A very engaging and inspirational event that certainly set the LVI on the right path for personal growth and academic success.
