- Monday 7th November – Public Speaking Made Easy – VI Form Lecture by Robin Kermode

- Wednesday 9th November – Autumn Concert, with retiring collection in support of Five Talents UK.
- Monday 14th November – Ali Gillum will be speaking in Assembly

Jonathan has worked in law, strategic consulting and investment banking. He now has two businesses. The first is a consulting boutique that advises entrepreneurs looking to sell their business or raise money to fund growth. The second is a personal venture fund that invests in internet companies run by entrepreneurs. |

Elizabeth is Senior Adviser, J Stern Co, family office and private bank, Non Exec Director VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC, Convener of Court, The University of Glasgow, and Member of Court, The University of Greenwich. She is a Steering Committee Member of the 30% Club, and co-chair of its Higher Education Initiative. She is a Board Member of The Big Lottery Fund, Vice President of The Zoological Society of London and Chairman of The Wye and Usk Foundation. She is a past Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Investec Asset Management. In 2015 she was named one of The 100 women to watch in Cranfield University’s Female FTSE Board report. |

Tom Davenport |
Tom Davenport is a Co-Founder at TalentPool, a recruitment technology business. TalentPool.com is a website which matches candidates and employers, rather like a dating app, but for the professional world. TalentPool is currently a team of 8, with 21 investors and growing very fast indeed (revenue has grown 500%+ in 2016). Tom was previously a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he specialised in advising banks and insurance companies on their plans. Before that, Tom studied History of Art at the University of Cambridge. |
Sofia Fenichell |
Sofia Fenichell began her career at DDB Needham, a global advertising agency. She then spent a decade working with leading investment firms before founding Wonder Place Ltd., a company dedicated to creating next generation video platforms. Her latest venture, Mrs. Wordsmith, is on a mission to illustrate the English language one rare word at a time. Working with award-winning artists, leading neuroscientists and linguists, they have created a programme designed to foster an appreciation of language, improved reading and writing skills, confidence and ability in school. |
Shirley Soskin |
Shirley Soskin started her first business at 17, an early foray into the takeaway food delivery market. She went on to found and Chair Clarion Communications, a consumer brand PR agency now owned by the global marketing services organisation WPP. After the sale of Clarion, Shirley started and now runs, Silverhawk Partners a headhunting and consulting firm specialising in flexible working and organisational culture. |
