On Thursday 22nd February, we had the pleasure of welcoming our 11+ offer holders for entry in September 2024 and their families to FHS.

In three sessions, our guests had the chance to get to know each other over croissants, coffee and our signature hot chocolate with marshmallows, before a talk by our Head, Mrs Woodcock. This was followed by a Q&A with members of our Head Girl’s Team, Julia in the Lower Fifth (Year 10), Ahona in the Lower Fourth (Year 8) and Orla in the Thirds (Year 7).

We were so impressed by the variety of astute questions asked by our prospective students and the answers given by our current students, who painted a wonderful picture so life at FHS and what it’s like to be part of our warm and welcoming community.

As our guests left, they were handed delicious FHS branded cupcakes by our prefects.
