From Monday 9th October to Friday 13th October, we have been marking World Mental Health Day (Tuesday 10th October) with a series of relaxing and fun activities. As well as offering ‘check in with yourself’ meditation sessions before school, activities included:

  • A mindful ‘art in the park’ session in Regent’s Park, allowing pupils to spend time enjoying nature and create some beautiful watercolour paintings
  • A dynamic ‘Dance for Joy’ session in the gym
  • Drop-in Disney karaoke in the Hall to sing everyone’s favourite song ‘Let it Go’

Thank you to all who joined in to mark this occasion and recognise the importance of looking after our mental health.
