We are extremely grateful to Mr Max Hill QC, Director of Public Prosecutions for the Crown Prosecution Service, for giving up his time to come and talk to our students today.

Mr Hill gave a brief overview of his career path and advised our students about a career in law. He then spoke about what his job entails and explained what the Crown Prosecution Service does. He also talked at length about his previous role as independent reviewer of terrorism legislation and shared examples of cases such as the attempted bombings in London on 21st July 2005.

A captivating talk that culminated in some valuable reflection on justice and very many questions from our engaged audience.
