This half term, all LIV students have been working hard on their Science Fair Projects. We have been so impressed by their ambition; they have challenged themselves by researching cutting edge topics, ranging from cancer sniffing worms to the future of aviation.

The heats for each form were held this week. Each pair presented their research on a poster board and confidently handled questions from the teachers and sixth formers. Their enthusiasm, teamwork and presentation skills were clearly evident.

We look forward to inviting parents to the grand final during Discovery Week. They are in for a treat!

LIVS comments:

It was fun to work together on something we were passionate on and present our ideas to the teachers. Even though it was a bit stressful, we really enjoyed the buzz of the heats and seeing the boards made by the other pairs; we were all competitive which made it more fun!
