On Tuesday 26th September, our scholars and exhibitioners gathered in the Hall for the first Scholars’ Lunch of the academic year. A central element of our Stretch and Challenge programme, our termly Scholars’ Lunches are an opportunity to celebrate our students’ achievements, whilst encouraging collaboration and communication. During Tuesday’s lunch, Ms Lewis (Assistant Head, Teaching and Learning) introduced our scholars and exhibitioners to a number of exciting initiatives for them to get involved with, including National Coding Week activities, the RGS Young Geographer of the Year competition and our next Hale Lecture, which took place on Wednesday 27th September with football coach, educator and author Manisha Tailor MBE. We already can’t wait for the next one!
