On Tuesday evening, parents and students were treated to an array of good ideas and healthy tips on sleep, exercise and diet at FHS’s first Healthy Body, Healthy Mind Wellbeing Evening.

Healthy Education Specialist, Dr Aric Sigman, did a fantastic talk on the benefits of sleep and how we can specifically maximise REM sleep in order to improve our general potential. Accent, our catering company, treated us to a feast of healthy brain foods, with talks from Alice van der Schoot, a PhD Nutritionist and Neuroscientist from King’s, as well as Accent’s own Nutritionist, Pippa Gibson.
