On Monday 28^th February, the Eco Society held a bake sale to raise money for Tree Aid. They are a charity which plants trees in the drylands of Africa in order to tackle poverty, improve air quality, and combat the detrimental effects of the climate crisis. Led by local people, their projects protect the environment and improve local incomes. I am pleased to say we raised £140, which will help pay for more tree planting. Thank you to all who donated!
