Over the last two weeks, students from the Thirds to the Lower Fifth have been participating in a number of different fitness tests. They range from the ‘sit and reach’ test to the 12-minute cooper test. We feel it is important for students to identify their areas of strength as well as their areas to improve upon. Over the next couple of weeks, we will be working on overall fitness levels during lessons, targeting agility, co-ordination and cardiovascular endurance. The engagement and effort levels of pupils this week has been phenomenal, and the PE Department are incredibly proud of all of the students who participated. Well done.
