On Thursday evening, we hosted our first Academic Enrichment lecture of the year by Daniela Olivera, a final year PhD student in the Infectious Diseases department at Imperial College.
She led an interesting discussion about how epidemiological models are constructed and the modelling of vaccination hesitancy. Thank you to our Sixth Form students, Saskia, Zainab and Mihika for researching this area and asking her a range of insightful and topical questions. Iām sure she will have inspired students to pursue a career in STEM.
