It’s that time of year again, when we partner with our friends at Harrow School to put on a spectacular evening of jazz and blues at our annual Sing & Swing Jazz Concert at St. Cyprian’s Church.

With beautifully decorated round tables dotted around St Cyprian’s Church, dramatic mood lighting and performers weaving between tables amongst our guests, the atmosphere was truly that of a jazz club and the concert was a fully immersive experience that had the audience enthralled from start to finish.

Highlights included our Junior Chamber Choir’s performance of Goodnight Sweetheart, FHRP Wind Ensemble & Harrow School Big Band’s rendition of Love Shack, a number of solos and duets of incredible standard before the grand finale, Michael Jackson’s Blame It On The Boogie performed by Harrow School Big Band and all of our FHRP musicians.

As our wonderful Sixth Form comperes noted, the evening could not epitomise the FHRP values more; Knowledge, Compassion, Perseverance and Spirit.

Congratulations to all our show-stopping performers and thank you so much to Harrow for joining us. We are already looking forward to our next joint concert, at Harrow in March!

A complete sell-out, what a fantastic way to round off this half of term and thank you so much to our incredible Music Department for putting on such an enjoyable and memorable evening!
