LEADERSHIP

Senior

Build confidence. Be independent. Feel empowered. The opportunities to do so are here for the taking.

EVOLVE

We offer lots of ways in which pupils can shape their tomorrows at school and beyond.

There are opportunities to lead by being a Form Captain, or a Society President later on. There are chances to organise events, lead assemblies, represent peers and support the wider school community. Being part of a team in a club, society or sport are other brilliant ways to show initiative and learn resilience.

Take our new EDIB (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging) Ambassadors programme to develop socially conscious leaders … pupils can champion inclusion and drive meaningful dialogue to create a culture where every voice at school is valued. Or take peer mentoring … older pupils support younger ones, which strengthens communication skills, empathy and community spirit.

Evey girl here has the space to influence and grow.
