On Thursday, our Year 7 and Year 8 Scholars travelled down to visit their counterparts at Francis Holland Sloane Square to celebrate the their Research Project Qualifications – mini EPQ’s!
This event rewarded months of independent research, during which pupils explored a range of topics and developed their research skills, supported by a Lower Sixth mentor.
The event showcased an impressive display of scholarly ambition. Some pupils created artifacts, such as paintings and pottery, whereas others presented their ideas in an essay. Projects ranged from ‘the possibility of life beyond our universe’ to thoughtful ‘explorations of how music has shaped societies over time’.
A huge congratulations to Lavra, Annabel, Anaaya and Nadia, who presented their projects in front of the group. We are immensely proud of all those who took part – well done!
