After months of preparation, on Saturday the FHS 2024 Christmas Fair was here!
In a demonstration of the FHS community at its best, the school was buzzing with students, family and friends of the school all enjoying everything that the Christmas Fair had to offer.
Fabulous vendors (including many students themselves and the Sixth Form Young Enterprise teams), a wonderful raffle, delicious Christmas Café, Bungee Run, Photobooth, yummy waffles, the Green Fingers Club and the ever-popular tombolas all helped to create a real festive vibe. Not forgetting Mrs Woodcock’s Bottle Stall which, as always, had a long queue to take part and win some goodies for the festive season!
A huge thanks goes to the girls and parents for their donations and support, the kindness of local businesses who support us year on year through donations and advertising, vendors and also the school staff, catering and facilities teams. Finally, my heartfelt thanks to the Parents’ Association team whose support and hard work behind the scenes made it possible – again!
It may seem a long way off, but we’ll be doing it all again in 12 months’ time. Keep Saturday 6 December 2025 free in your diaries!
