Dr Bev Jacobson joined all FHS pupils in assembly for our latest Women of Influence lecture.

Dr Jacobson worked as a doctor in South Africa, completed an MBa at the London Business School and entered into the world of strategic management consultancy, going on to join Kisharon as Chief Executive.

Bev structured her lecture around the many challenges she has faced in her lifetime and how she used these to create positive outcomes. She spoke of how she was inspired by family, health and work experiences to forge the successful career she has now. Of particular note was her lifelong dedication to endurance races which culminated in a marathon in the frozen Antarctica! The girls were fascinated to hear about this experience and see some of the photos from her adventure.
