For 11+ entry, we suggest that you contact us when your daughter is in Year 5 or early in the Autumn Term of Year 6 and reserve a place on one of our series of Open Mornings during the Autumn, Spring and Summer Terms. Most parents bring their daughter to at least one of our open mornings.
Your daughter must be registered by 30th November, of the year preceeding entry to the school in the following September, for the entrance examination in January. In the examination, your daughter will be tested in English and Mathematics. See below to download sample questions in English and Mathematics and past exam papers.
To make life easier for you and your daughter, we are a member of the London Independent Girls’ Schools Consortium Group 1. This means that the entrance examination papers that your daughter will sit are in common with all other schools in that group, and therefore she only needs to take one examination for entry to any of the schools in Group 1. You do however need to register at each school individually, if you wish the school to consider your daughter for a place.

All applicants are invited into school for an interview either before or after the exam. Your daughter will have a preliminary group interview of a general nature with the Headmistress lasting approximately 15 mins.
The second individual interview will be conducted by a member of our 11+ interview team lasting another 15 mins. This interview will have a more academic focus. Girls will have the opportunity to talk about a project, subject or item of significant interest to them.
We also request a reference from the Head of your daughter’s current Junior School.
All 11+ offers will be sent out to parents on Thursday 23rd February 2012. Acceptances must be received back by noon on Wednesday 7th March 2012.
