The Head Girl and her Senior Team of seven deputies are elected by both students and members of staff.

The team's main function is to encourage interaction between the Lower and Upper Schools and to maintain an important link with the staff. The Senior Team chair the half-termly Student Council and are also heavily involved in organising school events such as the School Birthday which is celebrated each September. Furthermore, they are responsible for giving the weekly Sixth Form assembly and often whole school assemblies too.
Each member of the Senior Team has special responsibility for a different year group, with whom they work with closely on projects such as charity events and the annual Drama Competition.
